The Indian Visa Application Centre provides a 24-hour facility to track your passport online.You can check to see if your passport has been returned from the Embassy of India to the India Visa Application Centre and whether it is ready for collection at the Visa Application Centre.

Return of passports

You may collect your passport from the India Visa Application Centre where you submitted your application, or have it couriered to you by paying additional courier charges while submitting your application.

If you have authorized any Representative to collect your application then you are requested to get the following documents.

1.	The invoice cum receipt issued by the Indian Application Centre.
2.	An Authorization Letter from the Applicant with applicant’s signature (Giving all the details of the Applicant and the Representative like the name, passport No. or the ID No)
3.	ID proof of the Representative (The details should match with the Authorization letter)
4.	Passport copy of the applicant

Note: Please check your application status only after the processing time stated in the documentation list has elapsed.
