Visa Fees

The India Visa Application Centre will levy a service charge of RMB 165 per passport. An additional courier charge of 50 RMB per passport will be levied if passport has to be couriered back to the applicant. .

Payment through credit cards is not accepted at the India Visa Application Centre.

NOTE:
All Foreign Nationals (non-Chinese) would be required to pay an additional amount of RMB 100 as reference fees.
We only give receipt for service fee. We do not give any receipt other than ICR for the visa fee.
We charge 165 RMB service fee for all applicants who apply through our application centre in any category or type.
The visa fee and the service fee (165 RMB) are both non-refundable. If the applicant wants to withdraw his application the visa and service fee will NOT be refunded either by the Embassy nor the India Visa Application Center. The fee can only be refunded on the same day the application was submitted. The applicant in order to get the refund of the visa and service fee will have to withdraw the application on the same day of submission between 8 am-3 pm. There will be no refund after 3 pm on the same day of submission of the visa application.
The application center will ONLY provide FAPIO for the service fee it charges per application (165 RMB). The India visa application center will NOT give fapio for the visa fee the Indian Consulate charges.
