Documents Required

To avoid delays while submitting the visa application, you must include the following:

1. Completed and signed visa application form
2. Correct visa application and visa fee
3. A valid passport (with minimum validity of six months left) containing sufficient blank pages on both sides
4. Photocopy of the passport
5. Photocopy of the data page of the passport (passport page with photo / extension of validity / endorsement if applicable)
6. Previous passport (if any)
7. Recent (2') 5cm x 5cms, front pose, full face photograph where the ears are visible in white backdrop. Number of Photographs required
   
   1. Two sets of photographs for Tourist Visa, Group Tourist, Business Visa, Student Visa, Transit Visa , Conference Visa, Medical Visa, Medical Attendant Visa, Journalist Visa, Entry Visa for Sports Person Cultural Delegations, Entry visa for spouse/children of Indian nationals, Employment Visa, Entry Visa and Entry Visa/Business Visa for AIESEC etc.
   2. Four sets of photographs for Project visa.
   3. Eight sets of photographs for Research Visa
   
   
8. Supporting documents (Kindly refer to the Checklist for the different categories)
All applications need to be completed and signed by the applicant himself. No incomplete application will be accepted. Applications can be submitted in person or can be sent through representatives.
