Important Notices
Applicants who apply for any type of Indian Visa can NOT apply for another type of Indian Visa while the application is still being processed. Applying for more than one type of visa at the same time by the same individual might result in refusal of visa.
The visa fee and service fee will NOT be refunded either by the Consulate or the India Visa Application Centre if the applicant withdraws visa application afterwards. The fees can only be refunded between 8 am to 3 pm on the same day the application is submitted.
All Applicants are requested to apply for only that category of visa which supports their actual purpose of travelling to India. The failure to do so might result in refusal of visa or delay in the visa processing time.
As per the instructions given by the Consulate General of India, Guangzhou, starting 10th December 2008, ALL foreign nationals applying for a visa to India will have to pay the additional referral fee of 100RMB.
