Documents Required

To avoid delays while submitting the visa application, you must include the following:

1. Completed and signed visa application form
   
2. All forms must be completed in ENGLISH only and in BLOCK LETTERS.
   
3. Correct visa forms and visa fee
   
4. A valid passport (with minimum validity of six months from the intended date of exit from India) containing sufficient blank pages on both sides
   
5. Photocopy of the passport (Photo Page, Address Page, SignaturePage & Valid Visa Page)
   
6. Photocopy of the data page of the passport (passport page with photo)
   
7. Previous passport (if any)
   
8. Recent passport size photographs, One for each application form and additional form
   
9. Supporting documents (Kindly refer to the Checklists for the different categories)
   
10. Certification accompanying Employment Visa Application
