Step 1
Confirm the visa type based on your reason for travel. Do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of The Indian Mission in China.
Step 2
Complete the application form by filling the correct information as per the guidelines given, then download & print the application forms. While filling the Online Form, do ensure that all details entered are accurate. The option to edit text is not available once the form has been saved and printed. Provide all documents along with your signed online application, as per the check list. Incomplete applications or those signed by a proxy will not be accepted.
Step 3
All applicants can either come personally to the visa application centre or send someone on their behalf to submit the applications. The India Visa application centre does not accept passports and documents by email or post. Applicant must remain in mainland China at the time of submission.
Step 4
Track your passport status online. Your completed application will be collected from the India Visa Application Centre where you submitted your application or returned to you by the mode of delivery selected by you once processed.
